I would like to clarify a few things regarding our recruitment process.

• Every who is interested in joining KSD must post an application!
  This does also apply to returning members!
• Join our public channel 'KSD Public'
• Every recruit must complete an interview with one of our recruitment Officers or Elders
• The interview will be posted for our Elders to review and if it gets approved, new recruits will be invited to KSD for a four weeks trial period.
• After the four weeks, new recruits will either get membership status or asked to leave. This is heavily depening on the recruits performance.
